2. What this website is for

The site gives general information about hair restoration treatments at our clinic in Istanbul and lets you contact us. Using the site, sending an enquiry or receiving a free assessment does not create a doctor–patient relationship or a contract for treatment.

3. Treatment and bookings

Any treatment is agreed separately, after an individual assessment, under a written agreement and the clinic's patient consent forms. That agreement sets out the treatment, the package, the price, payment and cancellation terms. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.

4. Prices

Prices on the site are in euros and are the prices of our published packages at the time shown. Amounts in US dollars are approximate and based on an exchange rate we update from time to time; you pay in euros. Prices for treatments marked "price after assessment" are given only after an individual assessment. We may change prices; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in your written agreement.

5. Information on the site

We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it is general and may change. It is not medical advice; see our Medical Disclaimer. Calculators and tools give estimates only.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully, try to access it without authorisation, interfere with its operation, or send false information or content that infringes others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the site, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors. Patient photos and videos are published with the patients' consent and may not be copied or reused. You may view and print pages for your own personal use only.

The site links to other websites, including official sources and natural.clinic. We are not responsible for the content of websites we do not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
