How to read this

What the quiz can and can't tell you

This check looks at a handful of factors a surgeon considers — how settled your loss is, your age, your family pattern, the state of your donor area and your goals. It uses them to reflect your answers back honestly, so you know whether a proper assessment is the sensible next step.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you that you “qualify” or promise a result. Real suitability, graft counts and technique are only confirmed after your case is reviewed. If anything in your answers points to active loss or a limited donor area, that's a reason to get assessed — not a barrier.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this quiz a medical diagnosis?
No. It is an educational self-check that reflects the answers you give — nothing more. It cannot diagnose hair loss or confirm that a transplant is right for you. That is decided only after your photos are reviewed and, where needed, an in-person assessment.
What should I do after the quiz?
If the result suggests an assessment is worthwhile, share a few photos through our free hair analysis. Our patient team responds with an honest view, an indicative technique and the package that applies — with no obligation.
Will it tell me how many grafts I need?
No — graft count depends on your pattern, donor supply, hair characteristics and goals, which need a proper assessment. For an indicative figure, try our graft calculator, then confirm it with our team.
Why does it ask about my age and donor area?
Age relates to whether hair loss has settled into its final pattern, and the donor area (back and sides) sets how much hair is available to redistribute. Both are things a surgeon weighs carefully, so they help the check give you a more honest steer.
