Careers
We're always glad to hear from people who want to help international patients through a hair-transplant journey with care and honesty. Roles can span clinical and medical support, patient coordination, translation and interpreting, aftercare follow-up, and content or marketing. We don't list fixed vacancies here — instead we invite you to introduce yourself and tell us where you'd fit. If a suitable role exists, or opens later, we'll be in touch; there's no guarantee of an immediate opening.
Natural Hair TurkeyIstanbul · Personal assessmentThe kinds of roles we look for
A hair-transplant patient's experience is shaped by many hands, so the people we hope to hear from come from different backgrounds. On the clinical side, that can include medical and technical staff who support procedures and follow strict hygiene and consent standards. Away from the treatment room, patient coordinators, translators and interpreters, aftercare contacts, and content or marketing colleagues all play a part in making the journey clear and calm.
We're not advertising specific posts, salaries or start dates on this page, and we won't invent them. What we can say honestly is that we value people who are careful, patient and straightforward — the kind of colleague who would rather set a realistic expectation than an appealing one.
What we value in the way we work
Because we serve people who often travel a long way and feel understandably nervous, tone matters as much as skill. We care about honesty over hard-selling, clear explanations over jargon, and respect for the fact that individual results vary and we confirm each plan after a personal assessment. We also handle personal and medical information, so a genuine respect for privacy and data protection under GDPR and KVKK is part of every role, not an afterthought.
Multilingual ability is a real asset here, whether that's fluent conversation or the confidence to reassure a worried patient in their own language. Just as important is the willingness to say 'let me check' rather than guess, and to keep a patient informed at every stage.
How to express interest
If this sounds like you, the simplest step is to introduce yourself through our contact page. Tell us the kind of work you're drawn to, the languages you speak, any relevant experience, and how we can reach you. A short, honest note about why patient-focused care appeals to you tells us more than a long list of claims.
We read expressions of interest as they come in, but we can't promise a reply to every message or an immediate opening. If your background fits something current or something we expect to need, we'll follow up to talk further — with no obligation on either side.
What working in hair-transplant patient care is really like
Much of the work here is quieter than people expect. Alongside any clinical or technical duties, a great deal of the day is spent reassuring nervous people, explaining the same things patiently in clear language, coordinating travel across time zones, and following up carefully in the weeks after a procedure. It suits people who are organised, calm under pressure and genuinely interested in getting the small details right for someone who is far from home.
It can also be demanding: patients are anxious, questions arrive at odd hours because of the international mix, and honesty sometimes means managing expectations rather than telling someone what they hope to hear. We value colleagues who can hold that line kindly — setting realistic expectations, noting that individual results vary and that we confirm each plan, without sounding cold.
How we handle applications and your data
When you send an expression of interest, we treat the information you share — your CV, contact details and any background — in line with our privacy commitments and applicable GDPR and KVKK obligations. We use it to consider you for suitable roles and do not pass it on for unrelated purposes.
We read what comes in as capacity allows and keep genuinely promising expressions of interest on file where appropriate, but we cannot promise a reply to every message or an immediate opening. If you would like your details removed at any point, you can ask and we will do so.
