10 Tips to keep teeth healthy

The teeth are often ignored because they do not damage easily, but if the bacteria take their position in the teeth, they will affect the teeth continuously until the teeth are destroyed permanently. Then you will need to spend thousands to recover lost and damaged teeth. Fortunately, here are 10 simple but effective ways to keep your teeth healthy and even full of age.

1. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
Like any other part of the body, teeth need nourishment and minerals to maintain their health. The most important nutrients for teeth are calcium, fluoride, phosphorus, vitamin D and magnesium. These five nutrients work together to build and strengthen teeth and protect them from root to crown. You can get the recommended daily intake of most of these nutrients by eating a wide range of foods including fruits, vegetables, meat, grains, and oils.

2. Brush the teeth with fluoride paste with a soft brush at least twice a day.
We at Natural Hair Turkey recommend toothbrushes twice a day to ensure removal of residues and food particles. Fluoride is a necessary nutrient for teeth, but it is not widely available in food sources. The best source of fluoride will be toothpaste, public water and topical products used by dental professionals. The use of fluoride toothpaste helps protect your teeth from bacteria and strengthen them. A soft toothbrush is ideal for use and better than a solid brush.

3. Toothbrush with thread.
The brush is good for removing surface and plate dirt but the distances between the teeth are difficult to reach with a regular toothbrush. This is why most doctors recommend this type of brush. Most of the cavities in the teeth are on the surfaces as well as the sides of the teeth. The thread can efficiently remove lingering food residues between the teeth and reduce the risk of cavities.

4. Wash and rinse mouth with toothpaste
Lots of mouth sanitizers are available in drug stores and supermarkets but you must choose wisely when shopping. Choose the right mouth disinfectant that would be antibacterial and help kill the bacteria in your mouth.

5. Do not give up meat.
Meat is the main source of phosphorus and magnesium, two essential nutrients to maintain dental health. Vegetarians have been found to have weaker teeth due to the lack of meat in their diet. If you want to follow a vegetarian diet, be sure to take supplements or find alternative sources of phosphorus and magnesium.

6. Quit smoking
Smoking not only causes stains on the teeth and also causes foul smelling of the mouth, it can also increase the risk of lung cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Do you need more reasons to stop it?

7. Rinse your mouth with water after meals.
Rinse the mouth with water to get rid of excess food and licking in the mouth so as not to cause problems that have been accumulated periodically after each meal.

8. Do not brush your teeth immediately after food
Take a break for at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing your teeth.

9. Reduce the consumption of candy-rich foods.
Some of these include sweets, cakes, pastries, ice cream, dried fruits, caffeine, soda and red sauces. Not only do these foods stick to the mouth, they also nourish bacteria and promote tooth decay.

10. Visit the dentist every six months.
Regular dental care improves oral health significantly over the years. If your dentist is always familiar with tooth decay and gum disease, you will be able to solve these problems early and prevent the complications associated with these problems. Dental examination usually covers dental insurance, and you only have to reduce the minimum with access to comprehensive dental care in the form of surgery and surgical operations.
